By accessing or using CareerQeem, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We use Supabase Authentication to manage accounts securely; passwords are never stored in plain text.

CareerQeem provides tools to create, customise, preview, and export professional resumes. Services include a visual resume builder, multiple resume templates, PDF export, and a credit-based system for certain actions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You retain ownership of the resume data and content you create. By uploading or entering content on CareerQeem, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Permitted use

You may use CareerQeem to create resumes for personal and professional career purposes.

Prohibited use

You may not: use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents; attempt to circumvent credit or billing systems; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; use automated tools to abuse the rewarded ad system; or violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

CareerQeem uses an internal credit system to regulate certain actions such as creating new resumes and exporting PDFs. Credits are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside the platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. We may adjust credit allocations, pricing, or policies at any time with notice.

CareerQeem offers an optional rewarded ad feature that allows you to watch short sponsor videos in exchange for credits. Each valid ad view is verified server-side using a cryptographically signed token to prevent abuse. Attempting to claim rewards without genuinely watching ads, or using automated tools to trigger reward claims, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

CareerQeem may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements. By using the service, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. Ad personalisation is governed by Google's privacy and advertising policies.

The CareerQeem brand, platform, templates, codebase, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to CareerQeem. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or templates without prior written permission. Resume content you create belongs to you.

We aim to keep CareerQeem available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Supabase, Browserless, or Browserless's upstream services), or unexpected errors may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

CareerQeem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or produce career outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerQeem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of career opportunities.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your resume data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CareerQeem after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
